Acne :: Diet to avoid pimples
One of the important causes of unhealthy skin is wrong diet. Diet goes to the skin through the blood stream. Devitalised foods like white flour, refined sugar and their products, tea, coffee and soft drinks are not good as they take away energy and are a reason of premature wrinkles.
Food good for the skin includes seeds, nuts, fruits, vegetables, lean meat, dairy products, whole grain breads and cereals.
To avoid pimple you must eat a balanced diet with lots of fruits and vegetables, and avoid oily food.
Drink plenty of liquids including water, juices, milk, etc. as moisture is important for beauty.
It is also very important not to be constipated as retained toxins will reflect on the skin.
