Your immune system is strengthened when you’re happy, when you’re peaceful and when you have loving feelings. You have resilience to illness.
If you have highly fluctuating moods and a chronic lack of self value, if you’re always putting yourself down; if you’re feeling fearful and anxious about people and situations in your life, if your mind is in overdrive, if you can’t sleep well, if you don’t know how to stop.
