Catching Breast Cancer in First Stage Can Save Lives

Last week I laid out the stages of breast cancer, which I personally feel is an important part of breast cancer to understand.  Especially considering that knowing these signs can help you a leg up on a fight that unfortunately takes thousands of lives every year.

The first stage of breast cancer is typically a small tumor, which is usually 4 centimeters or smaller.  If woman are able to spot the cancer this early they have a 98% rate of survival!  Think of it, just simply taking a few minutes to know your breasts can save you years and years of pain and turmoil.  I don’t think I can write about this enough and as far as I am concerned I will continue to be an advocate and voice in this kind of a way.
