August 1, 2007 – 9:59 pm | posted in Pharma Industry

A busy social programme awaits delegates at the British Pharmaceutical Conference (BPC 2007), being held at Manchester Central from 10 - 12 September. The conference, with the theme, The medicines maze: balancing risks and benefits, will offer delegates an excellent opportunity to network and socialise with fellow pharmacy professionals and science colleagues.

Highlights of the programme include:

– Welcome reception at the conference venue, Manchester Central, on Sunday, 9 September. Delegates can attend free of charge and will be able to take advantage of early registration for BPC

– Conference dinner and dance on Monday, 10 September at the Midland Hotel, Manchester. This black-tie dinner, featuring special guests, is followed by an evening of dancing to live band, The Right Stuff

– Conference club, at the Beluga Bar, will have a late license and be open each evening from Sunday, 9 to Tuesday, 11 September, offering delegates the opportunity to meet friends, network and discuss the day’s sessions

John Gentle, BPC 2007 Conference Committee Chairman, said:
“BPC 2007 has a lively and varied social programme that I am sure will prove popular with delegates. The social dimension of BPC is an important part of the conference experience and certainly something I would encourage delegates to take full advantage of.”
