5) Think positively - you cannot afford the luxury of a negative thought.
6) Avoid needles worry over trifling matters.
7) Devote time to fun.
8 ) Develop a warm, outgoing personality with a sincere love of people.
9) Get in the habit of giving more than receiving.
10) Learn to live in present. Past is the water under the bridge of life.
