Statehealthfacts.org Adds Updated Information On ADAPs

New data on AIDS Drug Assistance Programs, Statehealthfacts.org: Statehealthfacts.org recently added June 2006 data from the National Alliance of State and Territorial AIDS Directors and the Kaiser Family Foundation about ADAPs for all U.S. states and the nation. Demographic information about ADAP clients — including gender, race and ethnicity, age and income — also are available by state and region. In addition, data on ADAP budgets, drug expenditures and the number of prescriptions filled are available by state and region. Information concerning ADAP policies associated with the new Medicare prescription drug benefit also is available for all states (Kaiser Family Foundation release, 4/18).
