IU School Of Medicine Diversity Week To Feature Minority Physicians

Changing health-care disparities will be the focus of the fifth annual Indiana University School of Medicine Diversity Week, Jan. 15-19.
Speakers will discuss current issues as well as propose solutions to be integrated in health-care training and delivery. Presentations will begin each day at noon in the Emerson Hall auditorium, 345 Barnhill Drive, on the campus of Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. All sessions are open to the public as space allows. Lunch will be provided.

Diversity Week was launched at the IU School of Medicine five years ago and is traditionally held during the week of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday, in honor of his legacy.
